Southern Tradition Landscape Contracting,
Inc. (STLC) uses only Florida Fancy and Florida #1 plant material on all of their projects. Florida Fancy and Florida #1 offer the highest quality in plant materials found statewide.
STLC guarantees their client’s satisfaction by offering a limited warranty. The warranty reads as follows: STLC guarantees all installed plants for one year, beginning with the date of installation. This warranty does not include damage caused by freezing, improper drainage, lack of an automatic irrigation system, pedestrian/vehicle traffic, theft/vandalism or natural catastrophes.
STLC guarantees that sod will be delivered and installed in a fresh and growing condition. STLC does not guarantee the health and welfare of plant material that has been transplanted on the site or due to owner neglect.
Irrigation parts and labor are also warranted for one year starting with the first day of installation.
